Dinner servers will set place settings on auditorium tables, set-up the dining room for cocktail reception, change over the dining room from cocktail reception to dinner buffets, change over the auditorium from ceremony seating to dinner reception floor plan, assist guests, clean and maintain auditorium & dining room, serve beverages to guests at the soda bar & tables, serve the toast and cut & distribute the wedding cake.
